Haze Kilim is, indeed, a fabulous quilt from the 2010 book, "Simple Shapes; Spectacular Quilts," by Kaffe Fassett and Liza Prior Lucy.  With 25 new stripes to work with, it's even fresher and richer than before.  We made ours a little bigger than the original so that it makes a generous twin size (72"x 90") or an equally generous family room throw.  Wherever you use it, it will be a work of art.  Oh, and we cut out some of the work with strip-piecing techniques -- included in the kit.

You'll receive ten light stripes at 22" x 44" and ten dark stripes at 22" x 44" so you can likely make your Haze Kilim even Queen sized.

We put Banded Poppy in Carmine on the back and quilted it with a curvy pattern called "Dizzy," just for a little textural interest.
